The Off the Rack package is for budget-conscious organizations that want a one-size-fits-most approach to their Marketo Engage implementation. It’s designed to get them set up for success, but with an implementation that doesn’t have a lot of customizations. The methodologies are designed specifically to be one-size-fits-all, allowing the client to customize on their own after the implementation has been completed.
What’s included in the package?
In this package, we’ll tackle each of the below functional areas that are critical to ensuring success with Marketo Engage.
Technical Configuration – Includes CName setup, Munchkin Code installation and Uesrs & Roles
Salesforce Integration – Includes Object & Field Mapping, Integration User Creation & Permissions, Sync Strategy and Sales Insight setup (if necessary)
Asset Creation – Includes Form Strategy and Form Creation, Landing Page Strategy and LP Template Creation, and Email Strategy and Email Template Creation
Program Strategy – Includes Program Channel and Member Status Strategy, Building of Channels and Statuses, and Building of Program Templates
Migration – Includes migration of workflows, forms, landing pages and emails
Lead Lifecycle – Includes a basic flow chart, data dictionary and Lead Lifecycle program
Lead Scoring – Includes a basic Lead Scoring model and Lead Scoring program that includes both demographic and behavior scoring
Subscription Center – Includes strategic design and build, with EU GDPR considerations (if necessary)
Training – Documentation and training on all of the above
All clients will receive an implementation guide, along with an implementation workbook, that provides transparency to the client about what we’ll be working on, how we’ll achieve our goals, as well as links to helpful and handy product/feature documentation.
