Marketo Measure (Bizible) Implementation Services
Getting properly implemented on Marketo Measure is the first step to reaching value within the platform. In order to help you achieve value as quickly as possible, and to make sure that you’re set up for long term success, Attributa has services available to help you reach your goals.
STEP ONE
Installation
We start with installation. We do this first, because this gets you started creating data using Marketo Measure and helps get you to value more quickly. This phase of the project includes:
- Setting up users
- Setting up your domains
- Installing the javascript
- Excluding forms that shouldn’t create touchpoints
- Setting up ad platform integrations
- AdWords
- Bing
- Installation into SFDC
- This may include a Sandbox installation, if necessary
- Orienting Marketo Measure to a custom Amount field, if necessary
STEP TWO
Configuration
In this phase, we fine tune Marketo Measure to match how your organization works. This is the part that isn’t one-size-fits-all or even one-size-fits-most. This is bespoke to your organization, and we leave no stone left unturned. In this phase, we’ll:
- Map your Online Channels (touchpoints created by the javascript)
- We use UTM Medium, UTM Source, Landing Page and/or Referring URL to do this
- Create a rules based system to create touchpoints from CRM Campaigns and Campaign Membership (Offline Channels)
- Map your CRM Campaign Types to Marketo Measure Channels and Subchannels
- Create a rules based system to create touchpoints from Marketo Engage Programs and Program Membership (Offline Channels), if necessary
- Map your Marketo Engage Program Channels to Marketo Measure Channels and Subchannels
- Create Segmentation rules
- If you’re on Tier 1, you get one of these
- If you’re on Tier 2 or 3, you get up to 10 of these
- Create a rules based system to create touchpoints from Marketo Engage Activity records, if necessary
- Create a Marketing Spend import process and get at least 3 months of marketing spend data imported into Marketo Measure
- Set up your attribution window and any other fine tuning of your touchpoint settings
- Set up your Custom Stages (MQL, SAL, etc.), if you’re on Tier 2 or 3
- Set up your Custom Attribution Model, based on your Custom Stages, if you’re on Tier 2 or 3
- Create a rules based system to create touchpoints from CRM Activity records, if you’re on Tier 2 or 3
STEP THREE
QA/Validation, Reporting & Training
In the third and final stage, we’re going to work with you to QA and validate all of the installation and configuration decisions we made. We’re going to make sure that they’re working as we expected.
In addition to the above, we’re going to walk you through the dashboards in the Marketo Measure Discover reporting tool. We’ll help you understand what they do, how to use the filters and how to read and interpret the data that they’re showing you.
Lastly, we’re going to walk you through the objects and fields that are now at your disposal in your CRM. We’re going to show you how to create reports using those different objects and fields. And, we’ll show you how to read and interpret the data that they’re showing you.
